About us

Disputatio is the only Portuguese blind-refereed peer-reviewed philosophy journal. It is also the only analytic philosophy Portuguese journal. Portuguese submissions writen in English are particularly welcome, for the aim is to put the Portuguese philosophy community in critical contact with their international peers.

Disputatio is published twice a year, in November and May, both on paper and the Internet.

Disputatio is published by Centro de Filosofia da Universidade de Lisboa and is sponsored by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (Apoio do Programa Operacional Ciência, Tecnologia, Inovação do Quadro Comunitário de Apoio III) and Gradiva Publicações.
